Three systems run on every account we touch. Not one of them is a single model call, and not one of them skips an account because there was not time.
01 · Scoring
Scoring
Most scoring reads a database record and stops there. Ours weighs up to twenty-four signals per account, buying intent among them, and then goes and reads the company itself. Accounts sitting on the line get their live site crawled in priority order: the about page first, then product, then pricing, then who they already sell to. What a company says about itself outranks whatever a data vendor has on file. You get a ranked list, not a yes-or-no flag.
02 · Research
Research
Every brief ranks its sources before it writes a word. What a company publishes about itself outranks a database record, and a filing or a press release outranks both. Dates are calculated, so a raise from two years ago never gets called recent. Every hook has to carry one hard fact, a number, a product, a date, a name, and a claim that someone changed jobs needs two separate confirmations before it can be used. Where the answer is not there, the field stays empty. A short brief beats a confident one that is wrong.
03 · Personalization
Personalization
Every sequence is written from that research, in your voice, not a template with the company name swapped in. Then it is read twice for the things that give a machine-written email away: the giveaway punctuation, the buzzwords, the confident statistic with nothing behind it. If a single message in a batch trips a check, the whole batch stops rather than the one message. Nothing reaches your prospects that we would not send from our own domain.
