How it works

  1. Webhook-triggered classification.

    Instantly and HeyReach fire webhooks into the pipeline the moment a reply lands. The reply intelligence agent classifies intent, pulls the full outreach history for that contact (every email, every LinkedIn touch, every prior reply), and scores the reply for priority.

  2. Meeting requests route to the calendar.

    If the reply contains a meeting ask, intent, or explicit time, the agent drafts a Calendly link reply and flags the thread for same-day action. Your calendar, not ours. We book on your behalf.

  3. Unsubscribes hit the global blocklist.

    Any opt-out language, any "remove me" request, any "do not contact," triggers the global-unsubscribe skill. The contact gets blocked in Instantly, HeyReach, HubSpot, and Apollo at once. No bounce-back, no second email, no cross-client leakage.

  4. CRM updates land the same day.
