BDR (Business Development Representative)

A seller focused on outbound prospecting, often at earlier-stage companies or in ABM motions. Often interchangeable with SDR.

How we use it at Agentic Demand

BDR all-in cost lands 60 to 70K per year. A lean team running 2 to 3 BDRs is 120 to 210K per year in total comp alone, before tools, before manager overhead. The argument to replace that spend is in the numbers, not in the pitch.
