DNS (Domain Name System)

The directory that maps human-readable domain names to IP addresses, and carries metadata records for email (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX).

How we use it at Agentic Demand

Every record that controls deliverability lives in DNS. We own the sending domains for each client, which means we own the DNS, which means SPF, DKIM, and DMARC get set correctly every time with no back-and-forth on who is changing what.
