Meeting to close rate

The percentage of booked discovery meetings that end up closing as customers.

Meeting-to-close is the metric we care about, because it ties our output (meetings) directly to your outcome (revenue). SaaS median is around 15%. If your number is materially lower, it is a discovery-process issue, not an outbound-volume issue.
