SAL (Sales Accepted Lead)

A lead that sales has formally accepted from marketing, typically after a handoff review.

How we use it at Agentic Demand

SAL is a process step between MQL and SQL. Most of our clients do not use the formal handoff since outbound bypasses marketing altogether, but if your org runs SAL gates we route every reply to HubSpot with the full context the gate needs.
