Most event follow-up is one template sent to every badge scan. We write each one from what your team talked about with that person, and we start before the event with invites to the accounts worth meeting there.
How it works

Invites go to the accounts worth meeting.
Before the event, the list is scored against your ICP. Accounts that clear your bar get an invite to meet your team there, with the event named in the message.

Your notes become the message.
After the event, your team adds a line per person: what you talked about, what they asked. Each follow-up is written from those notes and picks up the conversation where it stopped.

Everyone you met hears back.
Follow-ups are not held to your fit bar. If your team spoke with someone, they get a follow-up, whether or not their company would have made a cold list.

No thanks for stopping by.
Every message is checked before it goes out. One that thanks someone for stopping by or for attending goes back for a rewrite, and is held if the rewrite does it again.
