A follow-up written to why they came in.

A form fill tells you what someone wanted. We start there. Each lead is scored against your ICP and researched like a cold account, then gets a follow-up that answers the request they made.

How it works

  1. Leads come from your CRM or a list.

We read form fills, demo requests and sign-ups from the HubSpot forms you name, or from a list export. A form fill counts as inbound. A contact we added to your CRM does not, so our own outbound never shows up as an inbound lead.

  2. Six checks before anyone writes.

Customers, open deals, booked meetings, anyone a rep has worked in the last 14 days, anyone we have already contacted, and anyone on a suppression list come out first, each with a reason. If a suppression list can't be read, the run stops.

  3. Scored and researched like a cold account.

Each lead's company is scored against your ICP, and each person is researched from the same sources as cold outbound. A personal email address has no company to research, so that lead goes to your team instead of being guessed at.

  4. Strong fits get a follow-up. The rest go to nurture.

Strong fits get a short sequence built on what they asked for. Leads below your fit bar are not dropped. They move to nurture, and their request carries into the first message.
