Champion

The person inside a buying org who advocates for your solution and owns the internal sell. Usually mid-level with direct pain.

Champions close deals. Economic buyers approve them. Our persona mapping prioritizes champion-tier titles (typically Director or VP in the user function) because they are the contacts most likely to reply, and most likely to bring the deal in.
